Secondary Screening Assays
Iterate on screening hits discovered previously using more complex assays, such as dose-response assays or gene expression measurements. Secondary screening will vary based on the objectives and types of molecules being tested screened. Readouts can range from fluorescence analyses with a plate reader or cellular imaging to LC/MS traces to determine mass modifications.
