Assay Plate Creation
Assay plate creation could occur within a screening lab or be acquired from an assay development lab. Initial screens may require only basic assays, while primary and secondary screens will increase in complexity. Create assay plates using a Beckman Coulter Life Sciences Echo 650 Series Acoustic Liquid handler or array reagents and cells using a Beckman Coulter Life Sciences Biomek i-Series Automated Liquid Handler. Maintain records of different assays using IDBS Polar Biopharma Lifecycle Management Software.
