Depending on the target oligonucleotide sequence length, a variety of analytical techniques are employed. Carry out capillary electrophoresis analyses using a SCIEX PA800 Plus Biologicals Analysis System, or run eight samples in parallel with a Sciex Biophase 8800 Multi-capillary Electrophoresis System. Oligo sequences may require LC-MS analyses using aSCIEX Exion 2.0 HPLC with Phenomenex BioZen Oligo analytical HPLC columns.
