Attoauriga Spatialreagents Setup V1a

ATTOIrida is library of next generation fluorescence labels for life science applications including immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry in FFPE and fresh frozen tissue sections (IHC-P), multiplex IHC, and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Each ATTOIrida label is “barcoded” by a unique color-specific oligonucleotide sequence, which allows flexible deployment of ATTOIrida labels amongst assay products of the ATTOAuriga family.

ATTOIrida labels can also be used with DIY conjugated antibodies that were generated using ATTOConexa antibody conjugation kits. Both ATTOApollo pre-conjugated antibodies and ATTOConexa self-conjugated antibodies are used with ATTOAdapt connectors that allow the flexible mapping of antibodies barcoded with ATTOLink unique antibody identifiers (UAI) oligonucleotides to a respective color.
