Analysis of Off-Target Effects in CRISPR-Edited Cells
CRISPR-edited cells can utilize NGS for off-target analyses to ensure editing has not occurred in nontarget areas of the genome. Prepare NGS libraries using Beckman Coulter Life Sciences extraction reagents, IDT rhAmpSeq CRISPR Analysis System, and a Beckman Coulter Life Sciences Biomek i-Series Automated Workstation. After sequencing, analyze data using the Genedata Selector software to characterize off-target effects.
