Isolation & Enrichment in CRISPR-Mediated Gene Therapy

Cell isolation and enrichment are critical steps in CRISPR-mediated gene therapy workflows, enabling the identification, selection and expansion of target cell populations for downstream gene editing and analysis. High-resolution cell isolation and enrichment can be achieved using Beckman Coulter Life Sciences CytoFLEX SRT Benchtop Cell Sorter by sorting individual cells into wells. Centrifugation systems such as the Beckman Coulter Life Sciences Avanti JXN are used to concentrate and wash cell populations while maintaining viability and yield. Cell viability and concentration are assessed post-processing using the Beckman Coulter Life Sciences Vi-CELL BLU, enabling quantitative evaluation of cell health prior to downstream applications. Cell populations can be digitally tracked and managed using the Genedata Biopharma Platform, supporting traceability, reproducibility and data integrity across gene therapy workflows.

Integrated data management solutions, including IDBS Polar Biopharma Lifecycle Management software, enable the aggregation of instrument outputs, sorting data and enrichment results to support end-to-end workflow visibility and informed decision-making.
