Secondary Screening Data Analysis
While secondary screens will include fewer molecules than primary screens, in-depth analyses will be required to determine best candidates to continue the drug development process. Analyses for secondary screening will be complex and require multi-parametric statistical analyses to characterize bioactivity and function. Analysis software used for secondary screens will depend on screening method used, such as interpreting screening results with Genedata Screener SW, mass spectrometry results with Genedata Expressionist and NGS data with Genedata Selector SW. Maintain records of primary screening and pull data from instruments into a LIMS using IDBS Polar Biopharma Lifecycle Management software and IDBS ELN.
