Clone & Media quality and robustness assessment enabled by ChemStress® allows you to look far beyond the standard quality assurance analytics that relies only on cell viability and titer measurements.
Validate the robustness of your media, select your best media formulation and profile your clones by assessing deep cell functional activity under stressful conditions mimicking known bioprocess stresses and challenging key metabolic pathways in a small-scale model and early in the process.
Cells are challenged with a panel of selected categories of 21 small molecule chemicals challenging key production pathways and mimicking recurrent bioprocess stresses cells are likely to experience in production.
