ATTO Conexa Kit (647N)

Antibody Conjugation Kit allows the robust and efficient conjugation of the included oligonucleotide barcode (ATTO Link) to a carrier- and azide-free IgG antibody. ATTO Conexa Kit’s conjugation chemistry yields antibody oligonucleotide conjugates (AOCs) with a reproducible degree-of-labeling (DOL).

Multiple ATTO Conexa Kits can be combined to create custom panels for immunofluorescence and multiplex experiments or extend existing ATTO Apollo Panels by adding customs cycles. The barcoded antibodies and ATTO Conexa label support cyclic imaging workflows with marker cycling and enzymatic erasure of the fluorescent labels using DNase I.

The ATTO Conexa Kit contains:

A specific ATTO Link for barcoding the antibody. This barcode sequence corresponds to the included ATTO Irida 647N label barcode. Antibody activator, NAP5 spin columns, carbornate buffer, DMSO, PBS buffer, ATTO Silenta Block buffer.

ATTO Conexa Kits do not support label cycling workflow.
