ATTO 576H Azide Hydrophilic Fluorescent Label 1 mg

$undefined

Product No. AD576H101

ATTO 576H is a fluorescent marker from the class of rhodamines. As a hydrophilic alternative to ATTO Rho12, the dye shows very good water solubility and a significantly reduced tendency to non-specific binding.

ATTO 576H is a fluorescent marker from the class of rhodamines. As ahydrophilic alternative to ATTO Rho12, the dye shows very good water solubility and a significantly reduced tendency to non-specific binding. ATTO 576H possesses strong absorption, a very high fluorescence quantum yield, and high thermal and photochemical stability. The dye is therefore ideal for use in single-molecule detection and high-resolution microscopy (SIM, STED, etc.). ATTO 576H is an anionic dye. After coupling to a substrate, it is singly negatively charged. ATTO 576H is a mixture of three isomers with virtually identical absorption and fluorescence properties. Efficient fluorescence excitation occurs in the 550–585 nm range.
