Sandwich ELISA - Human Progranulin ELISA Kit (ab252364)

Human Progranulin Standard Curve Comparison.

Standard Curve comparison between Human Progranulin SimpleStep ELISA kit and traditional ELISA kit from leading competitor. SimpleStep ELISA kit shows increased sensitivity.

Graph comparing standard curves between SimpleStep ELISA and traditional ELISA kits for human progranulin detection, demonstrating SimpleStep's enhanced sensitivity.

Sandwich ELISA - Human Progranulin ELISA Kit (ab252364)

Example of human Progranulin standard curve in Sample Diluent NS.

The Progranulin standard curve was prepared as described in Section 10. Raw data values are shown in the table. Background-subtracted data values (mean +/- SD) are graphed.

Line graph showing human progranulin standard curve in sample diluent NS with background-subtracted data points plotted with error bars representing mean ± SD.

Sandwich ELISA - Human Progranulin ELISA Kit (ab252364)

Interpolated concentrations of native Progranulin in human serum and plasma samples.

The concentrations of Progranulin were measured in duplicates, interpolated from the Progranulin standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. Undiluted samples are as follows: serum 5%, plasma (citrate) 6.25%, plasma (heparin) 6.25%, and plasma (EDTA) 6.25%. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean Progranulin concentration was determined to be 60.9 ng/mL in serum, 47.8 ng/mL in plasma (citrate), 52.2 ng/ml in plasma (heparin), and 49.8 ng/ml in plasma (EDTA).

Bar graph showing interpolated progranulin concentrations in different human samples: serum (60.9 ng/mL), plasma citrate (47.8 ng/mL), plasma heparin (52.2 ng/mL), and plasma EDTA (49.8 ng/mL). Error bars show mean ± SD for duplicate measurements.

Sandwich ELISA - Human Progranulin ELISA Kit (ab252364)

Interpolated concentrations of native Progranulin in human milk, saliva, and cell culture supernatant samples.

The concentrations of Progranulin were measured in duplicates, interpolated from the Progranulin standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. Undiluted samples are as follows: milk 1: 160, saliva 5%, and OVCAR-3 supernatant 12.5%. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean Progranulin concentration was determined to be 360.2 ng/ml in milk, 60.4 ng/ml in saliva, and 24.4 ng/ml in OVCAR-3 supernatant.

Bar graph displaying progranulin concentrations in human milk (360.2 ng/mL), saliva (60.4 ng/mL), and OVCAR-3 supernatant (24.4 ng/mL). Error bars indicate mean ± SD from duplicate measurements.

Sandwich ELISA - Human Progranulin ELISA Kit (ab252364)

Serum from ten individual healthy human female donors was measured in duplicate.

Interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean Progranulin concentration was determined to be 67.7 ng/mL with a range of 43.7 – 124.8 ng/mL.

Scatter plot showing progranulin concentrations in serum from ten healthy female donors, with a mean of 67.7 ng/mL and a range of 43.7-124.8 ng/mL. Individual points shown with error bars (mean ± SD).

Sandwich ELISA - Human Progranulin ELISA Kit (ab252364)

Interpolated concentration of native Progranulin was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations in 96-well vs. 384-well plates. Undiluted samples are 5% human serum. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in Sample Diluent NS.

Comparative line graph showing interpolated progranulin concentrations measured in 96-well versus 384-well plates using 5% human serum samples at various dilutions.
