Sandwich ELISA - Human Prealbumin ELISA Kit (ab231920)
Example of human Prealbumin standard curve in Sample Diluent NS.
Background-subtracted data values (mean +/- SD) are graphed.

Sandwich ELISA - Human Prealbumin ELISA Kit (ab231920)
Interpolated concentrations of native Prealbumin in human serum and plasma samples.
The concentrations of Prealbumin were measured in duplicates, interpolated from the Prealbumin standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. Undiluted samples are as follows: serum 1: 400,000, plasma (citrate) 1: 400,000, plasma (heparin) 1: 400,000, and plasma (EDTA) 1: 400,000. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean Prealbumin concentration was determined to be 273 μg/mL in serum, 220 μg/mL in plasma (citrate), 216 μg/ml in plasma (heparin), and 210 μg/ml in plasma (EDTA).

Sandwich ELISA - Human Prealbumin ELISA Kit (ab231920)
Interpolated concentrations of native Prealbumin in human cell culture supernatant, milk, and CSF samples.
The concentrations of Prealbumin were measured in duplicates, interpolated from the Prealbumin standard curves and corrected for sample dilution. Undiluted samples are as follows: HepG2 supernatant 1: 500, milk 1: 5,000, and CSF 1: 500,000. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean Prealbumin concentration was determined to be 0.3 μg/mL in HepG2 supernatant, 2.7 μg/ml in milk, and 20 μg/ml in cerebrospinal fluid.

Sandwich ELISA - Human Prealbumin ELISA Kit (ab231920)
Serum from ten individual healthy human male donors was measured in duplicate.
Interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean Prealbumin concentration was determined to be 594 μg/mL with a range of 303 – 1217 μg/mL.
