ExionLC 2.0 system is an ideal solution for a wide range of workflows

Configured with a high-pressure binary pump capable of 12,500 PSI, integrated four-channel degasser and solvent selection valve as standard, the ExionLC 2.0 is an affordable solution for most applications.

Optional wash system

The wash system provides reassurance that when overloaded, contaminated, and complex samples are presented for analysis, the system purges and aggressively washes the key components within the system to reduce the impact of potential carryover into the next sample. The system can wash inside the autosampler tubing and perform an aggressive wash of the outside of the sample needle, using up to 8 different solvents at different flow rates, with the added capability to perform an autosampler valve rinse if required.

Injection precision and linearity

The simplicity and flexibility of the design of the system provide the ability to easily switch between injection modes to optimize precision and accuracy performance for your assay.

  • Achieve quantification results with injection linear coefficient of determination performance (r2) > 0.999 and precision <1% coefficient of variation for injection volumes from 0.5 to 50 μL for most compounds; 0.5 to 25 μL for all compounds.

In order to successfully detect and quantify large numbers of pesticides, time-scheduled methods with fast run times are required. Having quality separations with highly reproducible retention times is critical for success, to minimize time spent adjusting methods and reduce data loss. Here the reproducibility of the ExionLC 2.0 system for the LC-MS analysis of a large panel of 200 pesticides is assessed.

Ultrahigh Pressure Liquid Chromatography For Analysis Of Therapeutic Drugs In Whole Blood
LC-MS/MS is commonly used to analyze clinical research samples involving the detection and quantification of drug compounds in whole blood. Complex and expensive extraction steps have historically been considered necessary due to the nature of whole blood and the analytical challenges whole blood poses. More recently, rapid methods that use a simple protein precipitation step followed by direct injection, has proven to provide precise and accurate performance down to the required levels. The chromatographic performance is essential to allow for the use of the rapid method. In this technical note, the performance of this assay using the ExionLC 2.0 system, was investigated. The method displays excellent accuracy, precision and robustness.
